• Family Exam Package - Up to 4 Members ($275): Initial evaluations for families or groups of up to 4 members.

• Additional Family Member ($40 each): Add an extra individual to a family exam package for any 5th member or beyond.

• 1 Member: $120/month

• 2 Members: $240/month

• 3 Members: $360/month

• 4 Members: $480/month

• 5 Members: $600/month

4x / Month Plans

• 1 Member: $200/month

• 2 Members: $380/month

• 3 Members: $540/month

• 4 Members: $720/month

• 5 Members: $800/month

Monthly Wellness Plans:

• 8-Visit Package (4 Months) – $600: Includes 8 total visits valid over a 4-month period.

• 12-Visit Package (4 Months) – $900: Includes 12 total visits valid over a 4-month period.

• 16-Visit Package (6 Months) – $1,200: Includes 16 total visits valid over a 6-month period.

• 20-Visit Package (6 Months) – $1,500: Includes 20 total visits valid over a 6-month period.

Single Visits

• Standard Single Visit ($150): A single, standalone appointment for an individual treatment or check-in.

• Additional Member Add-On ($100 per additional): Discounted rate for each extra person treated during the same visit session.
